Types of Information and Collection Methods

KeepFresh does not directly collect or store sensitive personal information that can identify your identity. For smooth service provision, only the minimum information is processed through Google's specialized services.

• Service Improvement and Security (Automatic processing by Google):
  • Feature usage frequency, session time, error logs (analytics and crash reporting tools)
  • OS version, app version, device model name
• Customized Advertising (Automatic processing by Google AdMob):
  • Advertising identifier (ADID/IDFA)
• Backup and Sync (User's choice and Google Authentication service):
  • Product text data entered by the user (product name, expiration date, etc.)
  • Google account email (when logging in for backup)

※ Camera and gallery access permissions are requested to register product photos. Collected photos are stored locally on the device only and are not included in cloud backups.

User Input Data

• When using the backup function, data is encrypted and stored on servers through Google Cloud.
• When the app is deleted, local data stored on the device is immediately deleted.

Ads and Analytics Data

• Managed through Google Analytics and AdMob, and automatically stored or deleted according to Google's policies.
• Advertising identifiers are automatically deleted after 13 months.
