1. Service Description
- The App provides educational and practice tools for guitarists, including degree-based fretboard harmony visualization, chord & scale explorers, real-time microphone guitar tuner, backing track looper, and metronome.
- The App does not require account creation or personal login credentials.
2. Permitted Use and User Conduct
- You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial music study and practice.
- You agree NOT to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, extract source code, or modify the App.
- Disrupt, overload, or attack the App's network infrastructure (Firebase backend services).
- Use the App for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws.
3. Tuner & Audio Processing Disclaimer
- The Guitar Tuner feature measures frequency and detects pitch in real-time using audio streams from your device microphone.
- Accuracy may vary depending on ambient noise levels, microphone hardware quality, and acoustic conditions.
- The App is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of absolute acoustic precision in noisy environments.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including harmony algorithms, graphics, audio samples, UI layouts, and code) remain the exclusive property of the developer.
- Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any part of the App without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Local Data & Service Modifications
- Practice logs, looper settings, and user preferences are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will permanently remove local data, and the developer is not responsible for data loss due to uninstallation.
- The developer reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the App to enhance quality or comply with platform guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
