Start Guitar ("the App") values your privacy and complies with applicable privacy laws and Google Play Developer Policies. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles and protects your information.

1. Information Processed and Purpose

The App is designed to be used without user registration or account creation. We do NOT collect or store personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, phone number, or payment details).

1) Microphone Access & Audio Data

• Purpose: Real-time pitch detection and frequency analysis for the Guitar Tuner feature.
• Processing: Audio input received from the microphone is processed in real-time entirely in-memory on your device. Audio is NEVER recorded, saved to storage, or transmitted to any external server. Audio data is immediately discarded after pitch analysis.

2) Diagnostics and Performance Data (Automated via Google Firebase)

• Items: Device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and anonymized usage statistics.
• Purpose: Analyzing crashes, debugging errors, and improving app stability.
• Third-Party Service: Google Firebase (Crashlytics & Analytics).

3) Customer Feedback & Anonymous Surveys

• Items: User-submitted feedback/survey messages, app version, and OS platform.
• Purpose: Responding to bug reports, feature suggestions, and quality improvement.
• Storage: Securely transmitted and stored in Google Cloud Firestore without collecting personal identifiers.

4) Local Device Storage

• Items: User settings (theme, metronome tempo, looper presets, practice progress).
• Storage: Stored locally on the user's device (SharedPreferences / SQLite) and never transferred to external servers.

2. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local Data: All local settings and practice logs are permanently deleted when the app is uninstalled or app cache/data is cleared.
• Diagnostics & Feedback Data: Retained for service enhancement purposes for up to 1 year and securely deleted thereafter.

3. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes Google cloud services adhering to international security standards:

• Google LLC (Firebase Crashlytics): Crash reporting and diagnostics
• Google LLC (Firebase Analytics): Anonymized performance and usage analytics
• Google LLC (Cloud Firestore): Announcements, anonymous feedback, and surveys

4. User Rights and Permissions Control

• You can manage or revoke the microphone permission at any time through your device settings (Settings > Apps > Start Guitar > Permissions). Revoking microphone permission will disable the real-time tuner feature.
• You may erase all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the application.

1. 수집 및 처리하는 정보와 목적

본 앱은 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있는 서비스로서, 사용자를 직접 식별할 수 있는 민감한 개인 식별 정보(이름, 주민번호, 전화번호, 계좌번호 등)를 수집하거나 요구하지 않습니다.

① 마이크(오디오) 권한 및 음성 데이터 처리

• 처리 목적: 실시간 기타 튜너 기능 제공(주파수 및 피치 측정)
• 처리 방식: 마이크를 통해 수신된 오디오 스트림은 기기 내부 메모리에서 실시간으로만 분석되며, 어떠한 형태로도 녹음, 파일 저장, 서버 전송을 하지 않습니다. 분석 즉시 메모리에서 소멸됩니다.

② 앱 안정성 및 서비스 개선 데이터 (Firebase 자동 처리)

• 처리 항목: 기기 모델명, OS 버전, 앱 버전, 충돌 로그(Crash Log), 익명화된 성능 및 사용 통계
• 처리 목적: 앱 오류 분석, 크래시 디버깅 및 서비스 품질 개선
• 이용 도구: Google Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics)

③ 고객 피드백 및 익명 설문조사 데이터

• 처리 항목: 사용자가 직접 작성한 피드백/설문 답변 내용, 앱 버전, OS 정보
• 처리 목적: 사용자 건의사항 반영, 버그 해결 및 서비스 만족도 조사
• 처리 방식: Google Cloud Firestore를 통해 암호화 전송 및 저장되며, 개인 식별 정보는 포함되지 않습니다.

④ 로컬 기기 데이터 저장

• 처리 항목: 메트로놈/루퍼 설정, 지판 스케일/코드 학습 기록, 테마 설정 등
• 처리 방식: 기기 내부 저장소(SharedPreferences, SQLite)에만 안전하게 보관되며 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 개인정보의 보관 및 파기

• 로컬 데이터: 사용자가 앱을 삭제(제거)하거나 앱 데이터를 초기화할 경우 즉시 영구 파기됩니다.
• 피드백 및 통계 데이터: 서비스 개선 목적 달성 시 또는 최대 1년 보관 후 안전하게 파기됩니다.

3. 제3자 서비스 제공 및 위탁 고지

앱은 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 Google의 신뢰할 수 있는 플랫폼 서비스를 활용합니다.

• 이용자는 언제든지 기기 설정(설정 > 애플리케이션 > Start Guitar > 권한)에서 마이크 접근 권한을 허용하거나 철회할 수 있습니다. (마이크 권한 거부 시 튜너 기능 사용이 제한될 수 있습니다.)
• 앱 삭제를 통해 기기 내 저장된 모든 로컬 데이터를 언제든지 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.
